How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for orders is up to 7 working days.
Delivery time within Hong Kong is 2-3 working days, 5-7 working days for Mainland China, and 7-14 working days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary. For a more accurate estimate, information on tracking your order after it has been shipped will be included the shipping confirmation email.

What is MOMOJEWEL’s return, exchange, and refund policy?
We only allow returns under 2 circumstances:
1. Item(s) arrived damaged and/or defected. In this case, we allow returns in the form of exchanges or a gift card.
2. Item(s) with size variants do not fit. In this case, the product can only be exchanged for a different size in the same style. The gift card/store credit option is unavailable.
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your package (according to the tracking website). If said time period has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. No refunds can be made. Items must be returned unworn and with the tag on. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship items and any tax and duties payable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No, sorry. Our MOMOJEWEL gift cards are only available in the form of an instant, emailed code gift card.

Can I make changes to my order after I place my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Why do I have to pay to receive my package?
Unfortunately, this is not in our control as each country has different customs regulations. The cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this should be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information.
